The aim is to maintain the professional working relationship with clients as effectively as possible. These situations are often tense, putting communication under pressure; word choice and non-verbal reactions can be easily misinterpreted, or you may fail to consider the other person\u2019s perspective adequately.\u00a0Learning means adopting new behavior \u2014 and that doesn\u2019t happen automatically! A single day of training is not enough to ensure lasting impact. We\u2019re all familiar with how newly gained knowledge and skills can quickly fade as daily demands take over. By continuing to develop, learning from one another in a structured way, and embedding this process, we can achieve lasting results for ourselves and our colleagues.
